What is the Ruling of the One Who Claims Prophethood?

And that you believe that he ﷺ is the Last of the Prophets, as Allāh the Exalted said, "Muhammad ﷺ is not the father of (any) one of your men, but (he is) the Messenger of Allāh and seal of the prophets." [Al-Ahzāb: 40]. Hence, there is no Prophet after him. Whosoever claims prophethood after him ﷺ is a disbeliever and a liar, and whosoever believes him (in his claim) is also a disbeliever.
