A man and a woman - or “a girl” as the questioner put it - were breastfed by another woman. This man is older than the girl because he says in his letter that he precedes her by fifteen years. And he wants to marry one of the girl’s sisters, so is it permissible for him to marry her or not?

Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen
All praise be to Allāh. There is no doubt that the aforementioned man is a brother of the aforementioned girl because they were breastfed by one woman. So, they are siblings from breastfeeding (i.e., foster siblings). As for the siblings of these two who were breastfed, they have no connection to this breastfeeding. So based on this, it is permissible for this man to marry the sister of his foster sister, and there is nothing wrong with that.
