Sheikh Ibn Baz
There's no problem in her taking pills to prevent menstruation so that she can pray and fast with the people. (That's) with the condition that it is safe and doesn't harm her after the consultation of a doctor and the consent of her husband so that she doesn't harm herself and disobey her husband. So, if it is (done) after consultation and taking precautions that it is free from harm, then there is no problem, and likewise (can be done) for the days of Hajj.
