Ruling on Dismissing the Ruler

It is known that if the ruler is immoral or unjust, it is needed (for an individual) to be patient with him and not revolt against him. And they do not have the right to dismiss him because this (act) will continue and will never end. Meaning, this applies to everyone. It can be said that there is immorality in this person, and that person is such and such. So, such things are not right.
