Question

If a person didn't sleep the nights of "the days of at-tashriq" at Mina but he slept at Muzdalifah, should he make Fidyah (feed the poor) for each night, or should he make one Fidyah for all the nights?

Sheikh Saleh Al-Fawzan
If he didn't sleep at Mina because of the lack of places and he spent those nights in Muzdalifah with the Hujjaj (pilgrims), there is nothing on him, that’s because he was not able to do so. However, if he didn’t sleep in Mina just for comfort and he could have gotten a place if he asked, this person neglected and should make Fidyah. One Fidyah suffices all the nights.
