A man is in debt, and he has vowed to perform Hajj on behalf of his grandfather. Is it permissible for him to perform Hajj on behalf of his grandfather or should he give priority to paying the debt?

Paying the debt should be given priority, and the vow remains. He should perform it (the vow of Hajj) in the future if he is able to.
