Sheikh Saleh Al-Fawzan
The Muslim must always be in obedience and worship of Allah, performing the obligations, and abandoning the prohibited actions in Ramadan and at other times. That because some people strive hard in Ramadan, and when Ramadan ends, they leave off ( this striving ) and they return to evil conditions; these people do not benefit from Ramadan, That’s because he intended that when Ramadan ends, he will return to his previous disobedience, sins, carelessness and heedlessness. That’s because the obedience of Allah is not limited to a certain time and then ends, no, the obedience to Allah is forever! The Most High ( Allah ) said “And worship your Lord until there comes to you the certainty (death)” ( Al Hajr - 99 ) It (certainty) means death, so the actions of a Muslim does not end except with death. When a person dies, his deeds come to an end except for three: Sadaqah Jariyah (ceaseless charity); beneficial knowledge , or a virtuous descendant who supplicates for him (for the deceased) Brothers, we must venerate the prohibitions of Allah. Whoever venerates the prohibitions of Allah, it is good for him with his Lord.
