Is it Permissible to Congratulate the Disbelievers on their Festivals?

We say: No, it is not permissible to congratulate them on their festivals because this is approving of them, and they are festivals of disbelief. So, it is not allowed for a Muslim to congratulate the disbelievers on their festivals, to support them, provide for them a space to celebrate in, nor donate money for their festivals. It is not permissible to congratulate them or support them in their festivals, as they are festivals of disbelief.
