If a man does Ghusl (ritual bath) from major sexual impurity, and afterwards - meaning after bathing - some semen was emitted (i.e. without desire), should he repeat the ghusl? Or what should he do?

No, he does not repeat the Ghusl. He only repeats the washing of the private parts, and (also repeat) Wudhu (ablution).
