When the sun rises from the West, will the Jews and Non-Muslims believe?

When the sun rises from the west, repentance will not be accepted anymore. But someone might ask: will the sun really rise from the west? It is well known that the sun rises from the east. So, we say yes, this is what is known. And this is the established way ever since Allah created the sun up to this day. However, at the end of time Allah will command the sun to return to where it came from, so the course will be reversed and it will rise from the west. And when the people see it, all of them will believe, even the disbelievers, Jews, Christians, Buddhists, communists and others. All of them will believe, but those who didn’t believe before the sun rose from the west, their Iman will not benefit them. Also all of them will repent, but those who didn’t repent before the sun rose for the west, their repentance will not be accepted. That is because this is a sign that everyone will witness, and when the warning signs come, no repentance or Iman will benefit.
