The Speech of Allah is not Created

From what is humorous that is narrated about these [i.e., people], that one of them met one of the Hanbalis in the presence of the ruler. So, that man said to the Hanbali: O you Hanbali, what would you say if Allah told you “From where did you get that I speak? What is your proof that I speak?" He said: I say, O my Rabb (Lord), here You are speaking now. So, He defeated him. He defeated him from where he does not know. From where did you get that I speak? He said: I say, you are speaking now. The truth is that - we seek refuge from Allah - the Shaytan made you laugh regarding them, played with their minds, and incited them until they believed this false belief and negated from Allah جل وعلا His greatest Attributes. Allah جل وعلا Has separated between the creation and commandment. He said (in the meaning of): {Surely, His is the Creation and Commandment.} [Surah Al-A'rāf: 54] Thus, if speech was a creation, He wouldn't separate them. The commandment is a speech and the creation is creation. Allah has separated between them; He said (in the meaning of): {Surely, His is the Creation and Commandment.} This is a proof for this. And commandment is speech, which Allah commands, forbids, and addresses with. {Surely, His is the Creation and Commandment.} He separated between the creation and the commandment.
