Can we Listen Lessons of Ilm in the Bathroom?

He (the questioner) says, is it permissible for a person to listen to a lesson of ilm (Islamic knowledge) inside the bathroom by putting headphones in his ears? The Sheikh: No, he should not, he shouldn’t. So, his time is busy day and night and there is nothing left but the bathroom!? (Yet) so much time is spent on the mobile phone!
