Should a poor person leaving a Will (For Charity)?

If a person’s wealth is little and his heirs are poor, then it is better for him not to bequeath anything to charity, whether little or a lot. (This is) due to the Prophet's ﷺ statement, "To leave your heirs rich is better than to leave them poor." Contrary to what some of the laymen think, that you have to leave a will (for charity) - this is incorrect. A person whose money is little, and his heirs are poor, who have no money, should not leave a will (for charity). It is better not to leave a will (so the heirs get all of it).
