Explanation of the hadith, "The headache of a believer"

Then, the sixty second hadith which is also narrated on the authority of Abu Sa'id al-khudri, it's chain of narration is Hasan (authentic); that the Prophet ﷺ said: "By the headache of a believer or the prick of a thorn that he receives or anything that harms him, Allah raises his rank on the Day of Judgement and expiates his sins because of it." This is from the hadīths that combine between the expiation of sins due to illness and the raising of ranks also in Jannah. However, we must always remember that the expiation and raising of ranks is in accordance to the harm or the calamity that afflicts the Muslim.
