All acts of worship depend on a person's will and intention.
If he dedicated them for Allah the Exalted, then he is the sincere Muwahid (person who worships Allah alone).
And if he made them for someone else other than Allah, drawing closer to the servants of Allah by means of which he draws closer to Allah, then this is the Mushrik (polytheist).
And it may reach the level of major Shirk (polytheism).
And if he wants by them (the acts of worship) the Dunia (worldly life), then his good deeds are also nullified.
