The Best Wording to Offer Condolence With.

This is the best way to offer condolences. It is better than what some people say (which is): "May Allah magnify your reward, make good your mourning, and forgive your deceased." This (i.e., the previous) wording is chosen by some scholars. However, the wording that the Prophet ﷺ chose is “Be patient and seek reward (from Allah), to Him belongs what He takes, and to Him belongs what He gives, and everything with Him has an appointed term.” The afflicted will be more comforted if he hears this.
