Sheikh Al-Albani
Surely, women participate in (acts of ibadah) with men, and especially (because) the Prophet ﷺ used to say, "Indeed women are the counterparts of men." Women aren't excluded from the rulings addressing men, if there is no nass (text from the Qur'an or Sunnah) which includes women. So, this is the nass which is the saying of the Prophet ﷺ "Indeed women are counterparts of men." It includes women in all rulings along with men, except that which Allah Al-Hakim (the Most Wise) excluded them from. And these exceptions are well known and limited.
