The question: What is the ruling on someone who does not believe in seeing Allah the Almighty on the Day of Resurrection? The answer: If he is imitating (i.e., blindly following people), then he is misguided. However, if he is aware of the Daleel (evidences from the Qur’an and Sunnah) of the Seeing of Allah and denies it, then he is a Kafir (disbeliever). This is because he has denied something Mutawatir (reported via mutlitudes of chains of narration) in the Qur’an and Sunnah. So, if he knows the evidence and denies it, then he is a Kafir (disbeliever). However, if he is not aware of the evidence and is only imitating others, then this is wrong and misguidance.
